for Digital Products - 12-Month Subscription
1. Subscription Agreement: By purchasing our digital product subscription, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Subscription Period: Your subscription is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and will automatically renew unless canceled.
3. Renewal: Renewal will occur automatically at the end of each 12-month period. You will be notified prior to renewal, and your payment method on file will be charged.
4. Cancellation Policy:
a. Cancellation by You:
i. You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will only have access to the months you have made payment and subscribed for. Access to any future content will require a renewal in subscription.
ii. No refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
b. Cancellation by Us:
i. We reserve the right to cancel your subscription for any reason, providing a prorated refund for the unused portion.
5. Payment:
a. You agree to pay the subscription fee specified at the time of purchase.
b. Payment is due in advance of each subscription period. Payment will reoccur monthly from the initial subscription payment.
6. Intellectual Property:
a. The digital product is protected by intellectual property laws.
b. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use during the subscription period.
7. Usage Restrictions:
a. You may not share, resell, or distribute the digital product.
b. Unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of your subscription without a refund.
8. Access and Delivery:
a. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous access to the digital product.
b. We are not liable for interruptions due to technical issues beyond our control.
9. Modifications:
a. We reserve the right to modify these terms with notice.
b. Your continued use after modifications indicates acceptance.
10. Privacy: We handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.
11. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia.
